  • TANK SOUNDING

    Intemar v2.0 automation system is designed with software algorithms and hardware components for precise monitoring of filling levels in tanks onboard vessels. Since there are mediums in tanks of different densities and chemical ingredients, appropriate care has been taken to assure that the right sensor for a particular application is used. The sensors used are usually based upon the principle of hydrostatic pressures, but different kinds of sensors (for example radar sensors) can be used depending upon application requirements.

  • LOGGING AND TRENDING

    The operator has the possibility to choose and log certain tags for later analysis and export of logged data in CSV format.

  • REPORTING

    When application and rules require, operator station redundancy is achieved by utilizing two or more server PCs, which makes them fully autonomous.

  • REDUNDANT MAIN CONTROLLERS

    When the application requires high availability, for example in safety systems or alarm and monitoring components of the system, PLC controllers are delivered in a redundant design. When failure of master PLC controller is recognized by the system in a self-diagnosis manner, failover to backup PLC is fast and automatic. Synchronization upon recovery of the previously broken CPU is done automatically.
